Membership Agreement

1. Membership Benefits The Member is entitled to the following benefits as part of their membership:

  • Access to the services included in the specific membership tier.

  • Priority booking and discounts on additional services.

  • Complimentary or discounted wellness services, workshops and events (details provided periodically).

  • Other benefits as outlined in the specific membership tier.

2. Membership Fees Membership fees are as follows:

  • Serenity Pass $149, Rebalance Pass $ 299 and Longevity Pass $450 monthly. Payment is due monthly or semi annually, and must be paid on or before the due date to maintain active status.

3. Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Auto-Debit Option Available)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Other options as specified by the Spa.

4. Term and Renewal

  • The initial term of this membership is 8 months.

  • Membership will automatically renew unless canceled by either party at least 15 days prior to the renewal date.

  • If active members don’t use their monthly services, they can carry them over to the next 2 months only.

  • Guest Passes: Members have the option to bring a friend (first clients only) to one session per month.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to the Spa at least 15 days before cancellation.

  • If a Member does not use their allocated services before cancellation those services will be forfeited.

6. Appointment Booking and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Members must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

7. Code of Conduct Members agree to:

  • Treat all staff and other members with respect.

  • Adhere to the policies and guidelines of the Spa.

  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior while on Spa premises.

8. Liability Waiver The Member acknowledges that the services provided by the Spa are not a substitute for professional medical care. The Member agrees to release and hold harmless the Spa and its staff from any liability arising from participation in services or use of facilities.

9. Amendments to Terms The Spa reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement. Members will be notified of any changes in writing at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.

10. Confidentiality The Spa values the privacy of its Members. All personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
